Cancellation Policy

LAUNDRY SERVICE POLICY Cancellations and Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your pickup. Payments are non-refundable once the service is scheduled, except where required by applicable law. Rescheduling is subject to availability. A written copy of our refund and cancellation policy is available upon request. Preparing Your Laundry Laundry must be securely bagged and ready at the scheduled pickup time. Customers must empty all pockets before pickup. T&T Services is not responsible for money, jewelry, electronics or other valuables left inside clothing or laundry bags. Customers must separate lights and whites from darks and colors before pickup. T&T Services is not responsible for color transfer resulting from laundry that was not properly separated. Items We Do Not Accept We do not accept underwire bras, lace, silk, wool, cashmere, sequined or embellished garments, other delicate or specialty-care items, or anything requiring dry cleaning, ironing, alterations or repairs. We reserve the right to refuse laundry that contains blood, bodily fluids, mold, infestation, hazardous substances, excessive contamination or anything otherwise unsafe to process. Additional Items and Charges One standard laundry bag holds approximately 20 pounds. Additional standard bag: $15 each Comforter or blanket: $10 each Oversized, excessively filled or heavily soiled bags may be refused or require a separate price approved by the customer before processing. No unapproved additional charge will be added to an order. Garment Care T&T Services follows reasonable garment-care practices but is not responsible for normal wear and tear, fading, shrinkage, loose buttons, broken zippers, weakened fabric, manufacturer defects, inaccurate care labels or damage caused by items left in pockets. Service Delays Pickup or delivery may be rescheduled when severe weather, unsafe travel conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent safe service. Customers will be offered the next available date and time. Reporting a Concern Service concerns must be reported within 24 hours after delivery so T&T Services has an opportunity to inspect and address the issue. By booking and paying for laundry service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Laundry Service Policy and T&T Services’ Terms and Conditions.
