Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & rescheduling We totally get that life happens. Here's what you need to know if your plans change. Cancellation fee If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made before the 24-hour window are always fee-free. Refunds If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, we'll process it back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted before the refund is issued. Need to reschedule? No problem! You can reschedule your booking at no charge, based on our availability. Just reach out as soon as you know — the earlier, the better so we can get you a new time that works. Have questions about your booking?
