Cancellation Policy

Cleaning Service Policy Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All payments for cleaning services are non-refundable once the service has been paid for or completed, except where required by applicable law.Cancellations and Rescheduling More than 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. Payment may be retained as a service credit. Less than 24 hours’ notice: $50 cancellation fee. Within 2 hours: $75 cancellation fee. Missed appointments, missed pickups, no-shows or denied access may be charged up to the full service amount. A fee will not exceed the amount paid unless separately approved. Rescheduling and service credits are subject to availability. Service credits expire after 90 days and are non-transferable. If T&T Services cancels and cannot provide a reasonable replacement date, the customer may choose a rescheduled service, service credit or refund. A written copy of this policy is available upon request.
