Cancellation Policy

By booking T&T Services, you fully agree to and accept the following terms. Payments All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellation Fees Within 2 hours of the appointment: $75 fee (strictly enforced). Within 24 hours but more than 2 hours: $50 fee. More than 24 hours in advance: No fee. No exceptions. Fees apply automatically and will be charged or deducted from deposits. Rescheduling Rescheduling is permitted only with prior approval and subject to availability. Contact Tnt@tntservice.net to apply your deposit to a rescheduled appointment. Photo & Video Documentation T&T Services may take photos or videos before, during, and after service as proof of work. A walkthrough with the client is mandatory before and after cleaning. 🏠 Safety & Access A homeowner or authorized adult must be present during service. Heavy objects will not be moved. Rooms with visible firearms will not be cleaned, and firearms must be secured. 🐾 Pet Policy Pets must be confined during service. A $25 fee applies if pets are present in the work area. Valuables Clients must secure all valuables (cash, jewelry, electronics, important documents). T&T Services is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. ⚠️ Liability T&T Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, items left in pockets, or normal wear and tear. All issues must be reported within 24 hours. By booking T&T Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to all policies, terms, and fees stated above. No exceptions will be made.
