At T&T Services, we provide professional cleaning and laundry services throughout New York City and nearby areas. Our goal is to keep your home and laundry spotless, safe, and comfortable.
Our Services

Cleaning: Bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and move-in/move-out cleanings.

Laundry: Wash, dry, and fold with pickup and drop-off service.
Cleaning Rules

We do not clean or handle items or areas that are sacred, spiritually significant, or unsafe/extremely dirty.
Meaning for clients: This includes items like altars, ceremonial or religious objects, meditation spaces, or extremely dirty/unsafe areas such as biohazards, mold, or waste that could harm our staff.

Clients must secure valuables, fragile items, and important documents before service.

T&T Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items outside the agreed scope of work.

All cleaning services are non-refundable once scheduled and confirmed.
Laundry Rules

Laundry items must be safe for standard washing and drying.

T&T Services is not responsible for items left with anyone other than our authorized team.

Stain removal is not guaranteed.

Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a full service charge.
Liability
