T&T Services provides professional cleaning and laundry services throughout New York City and surrounding areas. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Our Services
Cleaning Services
Residential and commercial cleaning, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and move-in/move-out cleanings.
Laundry Services
Wash, dry, and fold laundry with scheduled pickup and drop-off service.
Cleaning Service Terms

T&T Services does not clean or handle items or areas that are sacred, spiritually significant, unsafe, or extremely unsanitary.
This includes, but is not limited to, altars, ceremonial or religious objects, meditation spaces, biohazards, mold, bodily fluids, or waste that may pose a health risk to our staff. -
Clients must secure all valuables, fragile items, and important documents prior to service.

T&T Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items outside the agreed scope of work.

Once scheduled and confirmed, all cleaning services are non-refundable.
Laundry Service Terms

Laundry items must be suitable for standard washing and drying.

T&T Services is not responsible for items left with anyone other than an authorized T&T Services team member.

Clients are responsible for checking all pockets prior to service.

Stain removal and fabric results are not guaranteed.

Once scheduled and confirmed, all laundry services are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Changes

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a full service charge.
Liability

While reasonable care is taken, T&T Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items outside the agreed scope of service.

T&T Services is not liable for allergic reactions, loss, or damage resulting from normal cleaning or laundry processes.
