What is T&T Services’ cancellation and refund policy?

Payments are non-refundable once service is scheduled, except where required by law. More than 24 hours’ notice: no fee. Less than 24 hours: $50 fee. Within 2 hours: $75 fee. Missed appointments or pickups may be charged in full. Eligible balances are issued as 90-day service credits. A written policy is available upon request.
