Terms & Conditions
By booking or using services provided by T&T Services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services
T&T Services provides residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and laundry pickup and drop-off services. Services are provided based on the information supplied by the client at booking.
Independent Contractors
Services may be performed by insured, independent cleaning professionals coordinated by T&T Services. These professionals are not employees of T&T Services.
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is based on property size, condition, and scope of work. Payment is due before or immediately upon completion of service. Prices may be adjusted if conditions differ from what was disclosed.
No Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. Once a service is scheduled, initiated, or completed, no refunds will be issued. Concerns must be reported within 24 hours. At our discretion, a re-service or service credit may be offered.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or failure to provide access will result in full service charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe access, secure pets and valuables, and disclose hazards. T&T Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items.
Laundry Services
Laundry services are performed according to client instructions. T&T Services is not responsible for shrinkage, color transfer, fabric wear, or items left in pockets.
Liability
T&T Services is not liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Acceptance
By booking or paying for services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
