T&T Services makes laundry day easier with convenient pickup, wash, dry, fold, and delivery. $45 FLAT RATE INCLUDES: - One standard laundry or drawstring bag - One small blanket (Queen-size or smaller) - Wash, dry, and fold - Pickup and delivery BEFORE PICKUP: Please pre-sort lights/whites, darks/colors, and delicates. Empty all pockets and securely bag your laundry. **PICKUP & TURNAROUND:** The 15-minute booking window is for pickup only. A 24-hour turnaround may be available but is not guaranteed. Cancellation Policy
One-Time Laundry & Cleaning Bookings Customers must request cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before their appointment. - More than 24 hours' notice: Rescheduling or service credit with no cancellation fee. - Less than 24 hours' notice: $50 cancellation fee. - Within 2 hours: $75 cancellation fee instead of $50. Fees are not combined. Cancellation fees will not exceed the prepaid booking amount unless an additional charge was separately disclosed and accepted. Remaining balances become service credits, subject to applicable law. Missed appointments, no-shows, or failure to provide access may count as used services. VIP Laundry Memberships VIP members must request cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations and missed pickups count as one used pickup. No additional cancellation fee applies. Unused pickups do not roll over. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Membership Cancellation VIP memberships renew monthly until canceled. Members may cancel future renewals through their account or by contacting T&T Services. Membership payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation of a membership is separate from cancellation of a scheduled pickup. Cancellations by T&T Services If we cancel a service and cannot reasonably reschedule, customers may request a refund or service credit. Weather, emergencies, and unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.
