Service Description
Book your professional laundry pickup and delivery with T&T Services. We professionally wash, dry, and neatly fold your laundry so you can spend more time doing what matters most. Pickup and delivery are available in eligible service areas. Payment is required to confirm your booking. Please have your laundry bagged and ready for pickup at your scheduled time. Important: All laundry must be pre-sorted before pickup (lights/whites and darks/colors). T&T Services is not responsible for color bleeding or damage caused by laundry that is not pre-sorted. Please do not include bras with underwire or delicate/weak materials, as we are not responsible for damage to these items. Laundry must be free of bodily fluids, mold, insects, or other hazardous contamination. By booking, you agree to our Laundry Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Laundry Service Policy Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup. All payments for laundry services are non-refundable once the service has been paid for or the laundry has been picked up, except where required by applicable law. Laundry must be securely bagged and ready at the scheduled pickup time. Customers are responsible for checking all pockets before pickup. T&T Services is not responsible for money, jewelry, electronics, or other valuables left in clothing. Please separate lights/whites from darks/colors before pickup. T&T Services is not responsible for color transfer caused by unsorted laundry. Please notify us before pickup if your order contains delicate items such as bras, lace, silk, wool, cashmere, sequins, embellished garments, or other specialty fabrics. These items are cleaned at the customer's risk unless special care instructions are provided. T&T Services is not responsible for normal wear and tear, fading, shrinkage, loose buttons, broken zippers, weakened fabric, or damage resulting from age, manufacturer defects, or improper care labels. Additional charges may apply for oversized items, heavily soiled items, comforters, or orders exceeding the standard bag size. T&T Services reserves the right to refuse service for items that are unsafe, excessively soiled, contaminated, infested, or otherwise unsuitable for processing. If severe weather or other unsafe conditions make travel unsafe, T&T Services reserves the right to reschedule your pickup or delivery to the next available date and time. Any concerns regarding your laundry service must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we have an opportunity to review and address the issue. By booking a laundry service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to T&T Services' Terms & Conditions and all applicable company policies.
