Service Description
September Laundry Special — $45 Includes one standard laundry bag (approximately 20 pounds), one standard blanket (Queen-size or smaller), wash, dry, and fold, plus pickup and delivery in eligible service areas. Valid September 1–30, 2026. Full payment is required to reserve your pickup. Laundry must be pre-sorted, with lights and whites separated from darks and colors. Stain removal is not guaranteed. Underwire bras and delicate or specialty-care items are accepted at the customer’s own risk. Dry-clean-only items and contaminated laundry are not accepted. 24-hour turnaround may be available depending on location and capacity.
Cancellation Policy
T&T Services Laundry Service Policy Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Payments are non-refundable once scheduled, except where required by law. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Preparing Your Laundry Laundry must be securely bagged and ready at pickup. Empty all pockets and remove valuables. Laundry must be pre-sorted, with lights/whites separated from darks/colors. T&T Services is not responsible for color transfer caused by laundry that was not properly separated. Delicate & Special-Care Items Underwire bras and delicate or specialty-care items are accepted at the customer’s own risk. T&T Services is not responsible for damage, shrinkage, stretching, loss of shape, or similar issues during standard washing or drying. Items that cannot be safely machine-washed or dried may be returned unprocessed. We do not provide dry cleaning, handwashing, ironing, alterations, sewing, repairs, or specialty cleaning. Prohibited Laundry We do not accept laundry containing blood/bodily fluids, mold, infestations, hazardous substances, excessive contamination, or anything unsafe to transport or process. Additional blankets/comforters are $10 each. Oversized, overfilled, or heavily soiled bags may require approved additional pricing or be refused. Stains & Garment Care Stain and odor removal is not guaranteed. T&T Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, fading, pilling, ordinary shrinkage, loose buttons, broken zippers, weakened fabric, manufacturer defects, missing/inaccurate care labels, or items left in pockets. Turnaround & Concerns Booking time represents the pickup appointment, not turnaround time. 24-hour turnaround may be available based on location and capacity and is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, emergencies, or unsafe conditions. Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
