Service Description
September Laundry Special — $45 Includes one standard laundry bag (approximately 20 pounds), one standard blanket (Queen-size or smaller), wash, dry, and fold, plus pickup and delivery in eligible service areas. Valid September 1–30, 2026. Full payment is required to reserve your pickup. Laundry must be pre-sorted, with lights and whites separated from darks and colors. Stain removal is not guaranteed. Underwire bras and delicate or specialty-care items are accepted at the customer’s own risk. Dry-clean-only items and contaminated laundry are not accepted. 24-hour turnaround may be available depending on location and capacity.
Cancellation Policy
T&T Services Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy More than 24 hours’ notice Customers may reschedule their service or receive a service credit for the amount paid. No cancellation fee applies. Payments will not be returned to the original payment method unless required by applicable law. Less than 24 hours’ notice A $50 late-cancellation fee will be deducted from the customer’s payment or service credit. Any remaining balance will be retained as a service credit. Within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment A $75 late-cancellation fee will be deducted from the customer’s payment or service credit. Any remaining balance will be retained as a service credit. A cancellation fee will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service unless the customer separately agrees to an additional charge. Missed Pickups & No-Shows Missed appointments, missed laundry pickups, no-shows, or failure to provide safe and reasonable access may result in the service being treated as used, with no refund or service credit. Rescheduling and service credits are subject to availability. Service credits are non-transferable and must be used within 90 days of the original service date. If T&T Services cancels a service and cannot provide a reasonable replacement date, the customer may choose a rescheduled appointment, service credit, or refund. T&T Services may reschedule services due to severe weather, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
