Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 2026

T&T Services maintains a strict no-refund policy.

No Refunds

All services provided by T&T Services are non-refundable. Once a service has been scheduled, initiated, or completed, no refunds will be issued, including for dissatisfaction, partial completion, or changes in expectations.

Service Concerns

If you believe a service was not performed as agreed, you must notify T&T Services within 24 hours of service completion. At our discretion, we may offer:

A re-service of the affected area, or

A service credit toward a future booking

No monetary refunds will be provided.


Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

Failure to provide access to the property or being unavailable at the scheduled time will result in full service charges.

Deposits, booking fees, and prepaid services are non-refundable.


Laundry Services

Once laundry has been picked up or processed, services are non-refundable. T&T Services is not responsible for shrinkage, color transfer, fabric wear, or items left in pockets.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination and restriction from future bookings.

Acceptance of Policy
By booking or paying for services with T&T Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
